Verona Food Tours

Each year, we invite a small group of food and travel lovers to experience something truly special: an unforgettable culinary tour through the heart of Verona, Italy—led personally by our owner and operator, Brandon Lynn.

Rooted in Brandon’s passion for authentic Italian cuisine and inspired by his deep connections to Italy’s culinary culture, the tour blends immersive food experiences with the romance and charm of Verona’s historic streets. The journey is loosely based on the novel Letters to Juliet, written by Brandon’s dear friend, Ciel Friedman—a story that captures the soul of love, discovery, and timeless beauty. And yes, we’ll visit the very places that inspired it.

From private vineyard tastings to pasta-making classes with local chefs and market visits in ancient piazzas, every moment is designed to awaken the senses and deepen your connection to Italian food and culture.

Whether you're a seasoned traveler or just looking for a new kind of adventure, this tour is about more than just food—it's about stories, friendships, and the magic of sharing a meal in a place that feels like a dream.

Spaces are limited. Join us in Verona, and let’s make some unforgettable memories—one plate at a time.

Cheese Making

At the heart of Italian cuisine is a deep, centuries-old tradition of cheesemaking—an art form rooted in patience, simplicity, and place. From the nutty complexity of Parmigiano-Reggiano to the delicate creaminess of fresh burrata, Italian cheeses are crafted with the same care and pride that define every dish we serve in our kitchen.

Local Seafood

No visit to Northern Italy is complete without a meal at Ristorante Al Capitan—a jewel of the Adriatic coast and a cornerstone of our annual food tour to Verona. Known for its pristine seafood, caught fresh each morning and prepared with elegant simplicity. Dining there is more than just a meal—it’s a celebration of the sea.

Quintrelli Vineyards

Nestled in the rolling hills just outside Verona, the vineyards of Valpolicella are known for producing some of Italy’s most expressive and storied wines. During our tour, guests walk the vines, meet the winemakers, and taste these elegant wines at the source— often in centuries-old cellars.
