Menus

At the heart of our kitchen is a deep respect for ingredients—where they come from, how they’re handled, and the stories they carry.

We source many of our meats directly from family farms in the region; ensuring freshness, sustainability, and the kind of quality that can only come from trusted relationships. Our produce is hand-selected from regional growers who share our commitment to seasonality and care.

To complement our Southern roots, we import exceptional Italian ingredients—from cold-pressed olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars to heirloom San Marzano tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and artisanal pasta crafted in small batches. These

ingredients are not just staples—they're the foundation of our cooking.

Our menu is a reflection of both where we’ve been and where we are. Southern sensibility meets Italian tradition, guided by a philosophy of simplicity, balance, and bold, honest flavor.

We hope you enjoy what we’ve created—made with care, served with pride.

Munkle Third Floor Tripple $7

Battery Brown $8

Fatty’s Lazy Hazy IPA $8

Charleston, SC. 7.8% ABV. An aggressively hopped, unfiltered brew with a haze developed by the oats and wheat. Hits your pallet on the front end and not the back end like traditional IPAs.

Revelry Never Sunny IPA $8

Charleston, SC. 7% ABV. An intentionally hazy IPA.  The haze comes from massive whirlpool and dry hop additions and provides a very “juicy” expression, often associated with tropical fruit.  This beer is very hoppy, but not bitter. Medium-full body and mouthfeel.

Westbrook Mexican Cake (1 Pint) $13
